We want you to love your MZ Wallace purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label or a printerless QR code for easy drop-off.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and dust bags are included inside the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
